General
Which ticket categories are available?
There are five categories: 1-3 (stands), 4 (VIP Standard) and 5 (VIP Premium), each with standing and seated options.
What is the difference between VIP Standard and VIP Premium?
VIP Standard: A seat at the end of the court, complimentary catering and one free drink.
VIP Premium: A seat along the side of the court, a dedicated VIP area, premium catering and drinks, plus discounts on merchandise.
Do children need a ticket?
Yes. Children over 6 years need their own ticket so that a place is reserved for them. Tickets are booked through the online shop and children must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I book a ticket for a companion assisting a person with a disability?
Book directly through the ticket shop. Please have the disability ID and a personal ID ready at the entrance.
Are group tickets available?
Group discounts are available for 5 or more people. Please contact tickets@ttcoe.de.
Season Tickets
What are the benefits of a season ticket?
A lower price, a reserved place for the entire season and catering packages.
How can I book a season ticket?
Book online at https://ttcoe-tickets.reservix.de. If the shop is not yet available, email tickets@ttcoe.de.
Is the season ticket transferable?
Yes, through our new ID wristband system. The wristband serves as proof of admission, so whoever wears it can enter. Its colour indicates the additional services booked. For details, contact tickets@ttcoe.de.
Can I give a season ticket as a gift?
Yes. The new wristband system makes this easy. You can decide whether and to whom you pass on the wristband.
What happens if I lose my ID wristband?
A service fee of EUR 79.00 applies for a replacement ID wristband. A wristband can be replaced only once per season.

Where can I buy tickets?
Online at https://ttcoe-tickets.reservix.de. For special requests, please email tickets@ttcoe.de.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All payment methods offered by the Reservix online shop, including PayPal, credit card and instant bank transfer.
How will I receive my ticket?
In the online shop, choose between Print@Home by email, a mobile ticket or a printed version by post. Season ticket holders also receive an ID wristband.
What if I have not received a confirmation?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation, email tickets@ttcoe.de.
What happens if a match is rescheduled or cancelled?
Information will be provided by email or phone. Tickets will remain valid or can be refunded.
At the Venue – Admission & Match Day
When do doors open?
90 minutes before the match starts.
Is seating unreserved?
Only in the standing areas within the booked category.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue has several accessible entrances. If you need assistance, please speak to a member of our support team wearing a crew shirt.
Where can I park?
Parking is available directly in front of the venue or in the surrounding streets. We recommend arriving early. Please do not park on the road leading from the venue towards Ober-Erlenbach, as vehicles may be towed.
Is there a cloakroom?
Not at present. Please bring only essential items, as bags take up space in the stands.
